Export Adjusted GPX

I am trying to adjust my GPX file before uploading to LiveLox, however when I export a GPX from Quickroute it doesn't seem to have kept any adjustments I have made to the route.

The route is only adjusted with regard to the image file in QuickRoute. No lat/lng's are actually adjusted. So the GPX will always be the same.
